HolidayInns – Portugal Beachfront Holiday Inn Review

The Hotel: We went to the Holiday Inn, Algarve, Armacao de Pera.

The hotel is right on a warm sandy beach. There is plenty of room to sun bathe, and there is a surprise waiting for you in the sea…! but, if you don’t like salty water then there is always the heated pool to swim in instead.  (There are also free deck chairs to use next to the pool).

There is also a small gym, next to a basic games room.

In the room, there is a flat screen T.V and usually a balcony.

For breakfast, as in many HolidayInns, you can choose from a great choice of cereal, bread (for toast) or a cooked breakfast, which varies each day.

The Surroundings:

In the small area near the hotel, there are many places to buy souvenirs around town. The restaurants are mainly Portuguese, but there are a few English pubs around.

You shouldn’t have to worry about not being able to speak the right language, because Portuguese people can speak brilliant English.
