Bricklaying around a timber shed?
I am a reasonable diyer building a timberframe shed 6m x 3m and would like to clad it in brick. How much are the brick ties osb sheathing ? what is the minimum gap between the boards and the outer face of bricks? an old boy told me to knock nails in as the ties its only a shed , and are ties 1m apart every 3 courses ok? thank you

Im building a timber shed 12x10 in my garden.Two questions??1 I have a concrete slab down should i still put shed onto blocks to lift it off the wet concrete ..This Ireland and we get lots of rain..2 Hos do you felt the roof I know you nail it down the over lap it but do you do anything on the seams??Anyone felted a shed roof anyone got any tips???

How can I lift a timber shed ?
When I erected my 12" x8" timber shed I laid 2" x2" batons down first to clear the shed from the concrete base, unfortunately they have now rotted. Consequently, I plan to replace the batons with a flag stones so my question is could the shed be lifted using a fulcrum by myself 10 stone & my father 13 stone advice much appreciated.

Building a timber shed?
Im thinking of building my own timber shed Do you guys think it would be around 50 % cheaper Has anyone done this ?Is that difficult to do?They look fairly basic to build?Im handy in that department as i work in a trade It would have to be arond 40 % 50 % cheaper to make it worth while though Well guys just been to the shed suppliers and priced all the timber i need and it will come to 650 euro For a 12x10 shed Where they actually sell 12x10 timber sheds for 1500 euro so the answers in the pudding. Im going to build one and you know what There is so much more Satisfaction building your own one cheers
